The resulting brand concept focuses on closeness, accompaniment, and transparency, encapsulating Servihabitat’s essence: “We walk the path with you.”

From this brand concept emerged the tagline: “Here everything begins.” Using “here” emphasizes a human, person-to-person approach—serving assets with personal care. The brand manifesto extends this positioning, aiming to create a consistent, human, and unique experience.
Building on this brand concept, a tagline was created to encapsulate the brand’s essence: “This is where it all begins.”
Through a direct and simple idea such as “here,” Servihabitat approaches assets from a human, intimate perspective, focusing on a different way of working, from person to person.
This positioning and the company’s purpose are reflected in every detail of the brand manifesto: to create a consistent, human and distinctive experience.
A New Visual Identity for a New Concept
The new brand is fresher and more contemporary. The symbol was simplified by revisiting the S of Servihabitat as a negative-space element, and the logotype was redesigned using a much more modern typeface, also removing the underline.
At the same time, a visual universe was developed based on the symbols that had previously accompanied the brand. The goal was to create a distinctive and flexible image, improving legibility and adding personality by working with more fluid details and achieving a more organic result.
The imagery stems directly from the tagline, “This is where it all begins.” The idea of “here,” shared by everyone, brings the brand closer to people, emphasizing proximity and its distinctive way of accompanying clients throughout the entire journey, with a warmer, more personal approach.
