Background

ESTEVE has consolidated the evolution of its business model and strategy as a global healthcare company, structured around two distinct business areas: Pharma and CDMO. In this context, it became necessary to define and organise their identities and narratives, ensuring consistency between both under a shared purpose and set of values.

The challenge

To build a brand architecture that would bring clarity and coherence across the organization, enabling each business to compete better and increase relevance in their market without losing the strength of ESTEVE. In addition, to create a corporate brand capable of acting as an umbrella for both.

The solution

We created a brand system that organizes, differentiates, and connects. We strengthened the role of the corporate brand as the core, while giving each business its own distinctive, competitive, and coherent positioning. We developed new narratives, evolved the visual identity (including a logo restyling), and launched ESTEVE CDMO. The result: a clearer, stronger brand, ready to grow consistently across all its markets.
